Strict No Refund Policy

• All payments made to Be Enhanced including deposits, treatment fees, training fees, and product purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• This applies to all services and products offered by Be Enhanced Clinics and Be Enhanced Training Academy in both the UK and Ghana.

Appointments & Treatments

• Deposits: Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment for any reason, your deposit and/or full payment will be forfeited.
• Results Disclaimer: Aesthetic results vary per individual. Dissatisfaction with results, or a change of mind after treatment, does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
• Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions prior to booking. Failure to do so will not warrant a refund if treatment cannot proceed on the day.

Training Courses

• Course Fees & Deposits: All course payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Non-Attendance: Failure to attend a scheduled course or arriving late will result in loss of fees.
• Rescheduling: Be Enhanced may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling in exceptional circumstances, but no refund or credit will be issued.
• Cancellations by Be Enhanced:In the unlikely event Be Enhanced must cancel or postpone a course, students will be offered an alternative date.

Refund Process

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days using the original payment method.

Acknowledgment

• By booking a treatment, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a product from Be Enhanced, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.
