Payments and Refunds
- If you’ve made a payment via Klarna and a refund is issued, a charge incurred will be deducted from your total balance.
- Upon cancellation of your appointment, any payments made (including deposits or full payments) are non-refundable. Once payment is made, refunds cannot be issued.
- All deposits and full payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- To reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a £20 rescheduling fee if rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment. You may also reschedule via your portal, subject to the same terms.
- If you have a preferred Aesthetician, kindly inform us 24 hours before your appointment. In the event your preferred Aesthetician is unavailable on the day of your appointment, you may choose to reschedule online. However, a £20 rescheduling fee applies if done within 24 hours of your appointment.
Discounts
- Discounts apply only to the individual named on the booking and are non-transferable.
- They are valid for new bookings unless otherwise specified on your portal from the date of the advertised promotion. Discounts cannot be claimed for bookings made prior to the promotion’s advertisement.
Academy
- All deposits and full payments are non-refundable.
- Ensure you thoroughly review the complete course details before enrolling.
- By enrolling, you agree to complete the course within the specified time frame. Any delays on your part may result in the postponement of your practical session.
- Any changes in your circumstances must be reported to us, and we will provide an updated completion date.
- We reserve the right to close your account if there are two or more missed payments.
- If your portal remains inactive for more than two months after starting the course, we reserve the right to close your account.
